Overview:
In the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team, adhering to numerous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential for daily operations. However, the sheer volume of tasks and procedures can be difficult to remember, and immediate assistance is not always available when needed. To address this challenge, we developed CDM AskMe, a chatbot system trained to provide quick and accurate answers to complex and frequently used SOPs.

Expert SOP Assistance: CDM AskMe is designed to answer user queries with a 92% accuracy rate, helping team members quickly find the information they need. The chatbot is continuously updated by training it on new or unanswered questions to improve its accuracy and scope.
Unanswered Queries Management: For any questions the chatbot cannot answer, the system logs the request and suggests the appropriate expert who can address the issue. This ensures that users always have a pathway to find the help they need, even if the chatbot cannot provide an immediate answer.
