Overview:
In the study-building process, transferring data to and from Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and multiple external systems is a critical but challenging task, particularly when it comes to validation. Integration is typically handled in the final phase of a study, making it difficult to modify database structures if issues arise. To address this, we developed the Integration Wizard.

Features:

Early Integration Testing: The Integration Wizard allows for the early testing of integrations by sending multiple test files in XML format for web services and JSON format for APIs. This proactive approach enables us to identify and resolve potential issues at the beginning of the study process.
Efficiency in Issue Resolution: By addressing integration challenges early, the tool helps resolve 99% of issues in real-time during calls with clients and vendors. This significantly reduces the time usually required—often days—to coordinate, communicate, and implement code or database updates from the vendor side.
